Texas WPF Scholarship Applications
Application Guidelines
To be considered, the application form must be completed in full. Please do not add your name to the application where it is not requested or to any of the essay pages.
Required Information/Documents
In addition to filling out the application form below, all applicants must include the following information/documents upon submission:
- Official academic transcript that reflects no less than two (2) years of completed coursework (a longer academic history is welcomed)
- Essay(s)
- Resumé (This is optional)
Please note that all documents must be in PDF format and combined into a single (1) PDF prior to uploading.
An updated scholarship application can be submitted, prior to the stated deadline. However, applicants must also include & resubmit ALL documents listed above that comprise their COMPLETE scholarship application. Only the last submission will be evaluated.
Incomplete or non-PDF scholarship will not be considered; any individual documents sent will not be compiled by TX-WPF for applicants.

2024 Freshman Scholarship Application Form
Evaluators will score each complete scholarship packet for a maximum total of 100 points. Below is the score/weighting system:
TX-WPF hosts career/networking, educational, and mentoring events throughout the year. We would like to invite any interested applicant to participate in these events as appropriate. If you are interested, please indicate so below. Your choice to be, or not to be, contacted is not a consideration in the evaluation of the scholarship application.
